Mason Ghol is commonly described as a sweet and kind-hearted individual. Ghol constantly goes out of his way to help students excel each day. His passion for math is contagious and inspiring, and he strives to help his math students to give their best work.

One of Ghol´s students, Esther Noche, spoke about him as a “very knowledgeable person who seems to like math a lot…. He’s passionate and I think he’s a very good teacher to the school.”

Some may not know, but math is not the only thing Ghol is passionate about. His plans to create a welcoming and positive classroom environment and make students feel at home have become one of his biggest priorities. “I think it’s a cool job to be able to talk with young people when they figure things out… I want people to feel comfortable, to take their time, [and] to figure it that’s what’s important.”

“He’s helped countless students understand the basic foundations of math. No matter how difficult it was when I didn’t get something, he would teach me how to do it, and he would be a good teacher about it. So I understood it, and he went with our pace.” said Noche.

“ I think he’s a very good math teacher. He teaches kids really well. He is really a good person…. and I think his math course and his way of teaching is very fun, innovative, and productive,” said Noche.
