Mack Keating is a returning junior of The Blue and Gold. As a queer writer, Keating would also like to publish more articles that present their perspective as a trans and queer teenager. Other journalism topics they prefer to cover include politics, local events, and opinionated pieces. Outside of writing, Keating is also interesting in activism, volunteering, and outdoor adventures - including, but not limited to, rock climbing, hiking, archery, and camping. Post high school, Keating aspires to work in the fields of law and politics, despite their current job at a rock climbing gym.
