Wingardium Leviosa—if your childhood was just as immersed with Harry Potter as mine, then the nostalgia that erupts with this enchantment is tenfold. The Wizarding World gave birth to the tale of three teenagers—Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, and Hermione Granger—and their twisted journey through Hogwarts produced an enthralling experience for the readers.
Harry Potter: The Exhibition located in The Galleria in Cambridge took it upon itself to recreate the adventure for its readers by creating a walkthrough and interactive experience of the Wizarding World from Professor Snape’s Potions classroom to Hagrid’s Hut. Each portion of the exhibition is dedicated to a singular moment from the franchise and offers visitors a chance to, for instance, plant a mandrake in Professor Sprout’s class or defeat a Boggart in Defense Against Dark Arts. Near the end of the tour, visitors have the opportunity to purchase souvenirs, HP merchandise, or get a refreshing cup of butterbeer.
