Maliya Kazadi

Maliya Kazadi is a senior at Malden High School and is entering her second year as a Senior Lead Reporter and Copy-Editor for The Blue and Gold. Returning to the class, some of her main goals are to highlight more local issues that affect the student body and create memories for her last year with the class. She participates in clubs like YMCA’s Youth and Government, A.O. Step Team, and Black Student Union. She is also active in sports as a four-year varsity player on the Girls’ Volleyball team. Some of her favorite hobbies include debating, hair-braiding, cooking, playing volleyball, and travelling. Kazadi intends to study Political Science in Massachusetts and pursue law school.
