The Malden High Boys’ Varsity Basketball team began the season with a slow start. Their first game, in which they played against Lynn Classical, proved to be a close game with Malden losing 54-52. Junior Kaua Fernandes and senior Wyatt Dessert scored the most with 12 points each, but Malden went down a spiral of losses soon to come. The question we are left with is: Will Malden be able to turn this around?
