• About Julie Yu

    Freshman, Julie Yu is looking forward to her first year in the Blue and Gold as well as at Malden High. Born in Taishan, China, Yu moved to the United States when she was just a year old. She decided to join the Blue and Gold as she is interested in learning more about the process of making a newspaper. Outside of the classroom, Yu describes herself as a social person and enjoys having conversations with her friends and peers. She also spends her time surfing the internet and watching YouTube videos as well as listening to music. In addition, Yu is also passionate about badminton and likes to spend her summer vacation playing badminton.
