40 Calf Raises

50 Toe Touches 

1 minute Wall Sit

100 Jumping Jacks

1 minute Wall Sit

50 Toe Touches

40 Calf Raises

30 Lunges

25 Tricep Dips

35 Second Side Plank (both sides)

40 Second Full Arm Plank
